Amplifiers, Analog Type

Advanced Motion Controls' suite of both brush and brushless Analog Servo Drives embodies a blend of simplicity and performance that sets them apart. These drives are renowned for their straightforward setup and operation, in addition to delivering exceptional bandwidth and swift response times, all at a more economical price point compared to digital drives. Given that analog drive technology has been a pillar of servo system solutions since the beginning, our extensive experience has shaped a consistent and continuously improving array of analog drives.

A variety of command options, including ±10V analog, PWM and Direction, dual Sine wave, and specialized electric vehicle commands, render Advanced Motion Controls' family of analog drives as an optimum choice for established servo solutions. These drives come with a plethora of features designed to enhance performance and reliability.

Our Analog Servo Drives come with built-in hardware protection that includes safeguards against Over Current, Over Voltage, Over Temperature, and Short Circuits. Drive configuration, loop tuning, and current limit adjustments can be easily handled with the help of DIP Switches and Potentiometers. The drives are adaptable for use with both brushed and brushless motors. They provide velocity feedback through an incremental encoder, Hall Sensors, or a tachometer, with an option for Analog Position Loop control available.

In addition, most models come standard with Optical Isolation between high and low power signals. They offer Current, Velocity, and Fault Monitor analog output signals, and feature status LEDs for power and drive status. Our catalog includes standard models in Panel Mount, PCB Mount (Z-Drives), and Vehicle Mount (M/V™ Series Motor Controllers) configurations.

The capability of four quadrant regenerative operation adds another level of sophistication to these drives. Additionally, for those requiring performance in more demanding environments, we offer Extended Environment versions (AZX series Z-Drives). With these numerous features and capabilities, Advanced Motion Controls' Analog Servo Drives stand as a testament to our commitment to delivering reliable and high-performing motion control solutions.
