Designed to pair with larger motors, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator delivers strong force with unparalleled accuracy. This high force electric linear actuator, featuring ball or roller screw selections, an improved high thrust bearing, and robust internal bumpers, is apt for applications such as valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding. A standard grease zerk is provided for easy and convenient relubrication, thereby extending screw life without the need for disassembly. The RSA/RSM-HT actuators are offered in four body sizes, with stroke lengths from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and they can exert a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Roller screw actuators deliver positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), while ball screw models offer +/- 0.002 >"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). To better protect against dust and moisture, an optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is available.
