The RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator, designed to accommodate larger motors, delivers formidable force with pinpoint precision. This high force electric linear actuator, featuring ball or roller screw selections, an enhanced high thrust bearing, and sturdy internal bumpers, is suitable for a wide array of applications such as valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding. A standard grease zerk is included for easy and convenient relubrication, thereby extending screw life without disassembly. Offered in four body sizes, the stroke lengths of the RSA/RSM-HT actuators span from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), with a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Roller screw actuators assure positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), while ball screw models guarantee +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). For enhanced dust and moisture protection, an optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is also available.
