With a height of under one inch and the sturdiness of a bearing encoder design, the QR12 model can significantly boost performance in applications that are restricted by traditional modular encoder solutions.
The outputs of the QR12 include two incremental quadrature channels, an index pulse, and three-phase commutation.
Additionally, the model incorporates a flexible spring steel mount, which accommodates larger tail shaft run out and TIR than what can be handled by modular encoder designs, and it provides 30 degrees of rotation for commutation timing.
