The QDH20 model from Quantum Devices, Inc. offers an upgraded feedback solution in scenarios typically employing a standard size 20 package.
This device provides encoder feedback in standard industrial mounting configurations, with superior mechanical and environmental protection. Its outputs include a standard feature quadrature A & B with reference pulse Z. The output can be configured with either the 5 to 26 volt OL7272 line driver or open collector outputs.
The QDH20 is designed with two heavy-duty bearings on the output shaft and an additional two bearings coupled with an integral flexible spring mount, which helps isolate the encoder's working parts from mechanical stresses.
