With an overall height of less than an inch and the durability of a bearing encoder design, the JR12 model can significantly enhance performance in contexts typically restricted by standard resolvers or modular encoder setups.
The JR12's output options comprise a quadrature with index pulse and three-phase commutation. Its flexible component allows for a greater degree of tail shaft run out and TIR than modular encoder designs typically tolerate. Additionally, the included mounting flange removes the need for pricey servo mounting clips.
