Quantum Devices' HR12 model offers an advanced feedback solution outperforming modular encoders typically used in various applications.
The HR12 stands out with its high line count resolution, durable bearing construction, and wide radial and axial shaft play tolerance. It is fitted with commutation for brushless motor control, a strain-relieved cable, and quadrature output with an index pulse and three-phase commutation enabled by industrial 26C31 differential drivers. The flexible member design accommodates more tail shaft run out and TIR than conventional modular encoder designs, and offers 30 degrees of rotation for commutation timing.
