The FlexPro® FXE060-5-RM, a part of the Extended Environment series, incorporates IMPACT™ architecture and is adept at driving brushed, brushless servo motors, stepper motors, and AC induction motors. It boasts full tuning control across all servo loops and can seamlessly accept external command signals. Alternatively, users can leverage its built-in Motion Engine for Sequencing and Indexing commands.

For enhanced connectivity and setup, the drive integrates both an RS485/232 interface and USB functionality. All drive and motor parameters are reliably stored in its non-volatile memory. A notable feature includes its Four Quadrant Regenerative Operation, PIDF Velocity Loop, and Space Vector Modulation (SVM) technology, all housed within its compact design.

The drive is also fully configurable, allowing adjustments for current, voltage, velocity, and position. It supports on-the-fly mode and gain set switching and prioritizes safety with its Safe Torque Off (STO) inputs.

From an environmental standpoint, the FXE060-5-RM can operate between temperatures of -40°C to +95°C and can withstand a thermal shock in the same range in just 3 minutes. It maintains performance under 0-95% humidity conditions, can sustain vibrations of 25 Grms for 5 minutes in 3 axes, and operates effectively from altitudes of -400m to +25000m. Additionally, it complies with the Pollution Degree 2 standard and adheres to the specifications defined in MIL-STD-810F.
