Engineered to work with larger motors, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator supplies high force with exceptional precision. This high force electric linear actuator, equipped with ball or roller screw selections, a high thrust bearing, and robust internal bumpers, is suitable for applications such as valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding. The standard grease zerk promotes easy and convenient relubrication to extend screw life without disassembly. Available in four body sizes, the stroke lengths of the RSA/RSM-HT actuators range from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), with a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Positional accuracy for roller screw actuators is +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), while ball screw models offer +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). Additionally, an optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is offered for protection against dust and moisture.
