Accommodating larger motors and generating high force with extraordinary precision, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator is a standout. It features either ball or roller screw configurations and boasts an advanced high thrust bearing and durable internal bumpers. The actuator is equipped with a standard grease zerk that facilitates easy and convenient relubrication, extending the screw life without necessitating disassembly. RSA/RSM-HT actuators are apt for various applications, such as valve actuation, punch press, injection molding, and more. They come in four body sizes, with stroke lengths that span from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and can exert a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). The roller screw actuators offer a positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), and the ball screw models ensure +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). An optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is available for protection against dust and moisture.
