Designed to operate with larger motors, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator provides powerful force with supreme accuracy. Equipped with ball or roller screw selections, an advanced high thrust bearing, and heavy-duty internal bumpers, this high force electric linear actuator is suitable for various applications such as valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding. A standard grease zerk is integrated for easy and convenient relubrication, thus extending the screw's lifespan without requiring disassembly. Available in four body sizes, the stroke lengths range from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and these actuators can produce a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Positional accuracy is maintained at +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm) for roller screw actuators and +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm) for ball screw models. For enhanced protection against dust and moisture, an optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is also available.
