Built to suit larger motors, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator offers substantial force with excellent precision. This high force electric linear actuator comes with ball or roller screw selections, a high-quality high thrust bearing, and strong internal bumpers. Ideal for tasks such as valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding, it also includes a standard grease zerk for easy and convenient relubrication to extend screw life without the need for disassembly. RSA/RSM-HT actuators are offered in four body sizes, with stroke lengths that vary from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and they can exert a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Roller screw actuators offer positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), while ball screw models provide +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). To protect against dust and moisture, an optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is available.
