Designed to accommodate larger motors, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator delivers robust force with remarkable accuracy. With ball or roller screw options, an improved high thrust bearing, and resilient internal bumpers, this actuator is ideal for applications like valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding. A standard grease zerk is included for convenient and easy relubrication, extending screw life without the need for disassembly. RSA/RSM-HT actuators are available in four body sizes, with stroke lengths between 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and can generate a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Positional accuracy is +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm) for roller screw actuators and +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm) for ball screw models. For added dust and moisture protection, an optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is also available.
