The RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator, built to pair with larger motors, delivers substantial force with extraordinary accuracy. Equipped with ball or roller screw selections, an enhanced high thrust bearing, and durable internal bumpers, this high force electric linear actuator is ideal for applications such as valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding. For easy and convenient relubrication extending screw life, a standard grease zerk is included. Available in four body sizes, the stroke lengths of the RSA/RSM-HT actuators range from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and they can generate a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Positional accuracy stands at +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm) for roller screw actuators, and +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm) for ball screw models. An optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is available for enhanced dust and moisture protection.
