Constructed to work with larger motors, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator provides potent force with exceptional precision. Equipped with ball or roller screw selections, an advanced high thrust bearing, and rugged internal bumpers, this high force electric linear actuator is suitable for a range of applications, including valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding. The built-in standard grease zerk allows for easy and convenient relubrication, enhancing the screw's lifespan without the need for disassembly. Available in four body sizes, the stroke lengths range from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and these actuators can deliver a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Positional accuracy is guaranteed at +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm) for roller screw actuators and +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm) for ball screw models. An optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is available for superior dust and moisture protection.
