Built to pair with larger motors, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator delivers high force with remarkable accuracy. This actuator, equipped with ball or roller screw selections, an enhanced high thrust bearing, and resilient internal bumpers, is suited for a variety of applications, including valve actuation, punch press, and Injection molding and many more. It features a standard grease zerk for simplified and convenient relubrication, enhancing the screw's lifespan without the need for disassembly. RSA/RSM-HT actuators are available in four body sizes, with stroke lengths that range from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm). They can deliver a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Positional accuracy is rated at +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm) for roller screw actuators, and +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm) for ball screw models. An optional IP67 linear actuator configuration, offering protection against dust and moisture, is also available.
