Constructed to work in tandem with larger motors, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator offers strong force with notable precision. This high force electric linear actuator, which boasts ball or roller screw selections, an advanced high thrust bearing, and robust internal bumpers, is ideal for applications such as valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding. The standard grease zerk allows for effortless and convenient relubrication to extend screw life without the need for disassembly. RSA/RSM-HT actuators are offered in four body sizes, with stroke lengths that span from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm) and a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Positional accuracy stands at +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm) for roller screw actuators and +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm) for ball screw models. An optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is available for superior dust and moisture protection.
