Engineered to work with larger motors and produce high force with outstanding precision, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator is a high performer. Available in either ball or roller screw configurations, it includes an upgraded high thrust bearing and sturdy internal bumpers. The unit also features a standard grease zerk that allows for easy and convenient relubrication, thus extending the screw's life without disassembly. The RSA/RSM-HT actuators are suited to a variety of applications, including valve actuation, punch press, injection molding, and more. They come in four body sizes, offer stroke lengths from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and can provide a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). The roller screw actuators maintain a positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), and the ball screw models offer +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). An optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is also available, offering protection against dust and moisture.
