The RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator, designed for larger motors, delivers high force with exceptional accuracy. The unit presents a choice between ball or roller screw configurations and is equipped with an advanced high thrust bearing and durable internal bumpers. The standard grease zerk offers the advantage of easy and convenient relubrication, thereby prolonging the screw life without disassembly. Ideal for a wide range of applications, such as valve actuation, punch press, injection molding, and more, the RSA/RSM-HT actuators come in four body sizes. They offer stroke lengths from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm) and can generate a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). The roller screw actuators assure a positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), and the ball screw models provide +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). An optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is also available for dust and moisture protection.
