With its height being less than one inch and the structural stability of a bearing encoder design, the QR12 model can provide substantial performance improvements in applications constrained by traditional modular encoder solutions.
The outputs of the QR12 consist of two incremental quadrature channels, an index pulse, and three-phase commutation.
The QR12 features a flexible spring steel mount that can tolerate greater tail shaft run out and TIR than what modular encoder designs can handle, while also offering 30 degrees of rotation for commutation timing.
