To facilitate the connection between two parallel shafts, the SL series power-on clutches deploy their armature hub assembly on the very shaft where the rotor assembly is fixed. This hub is adapted to house a range of components—be it gears, pulleys, or sprockets—to relay torque to a secondary shaft. Moreover, the field assembly is affixed onto the shaft and is stabilized by a slack pin or bracket through its anti-rotation tab. For an elaborate overview, the Ordering Information is available.
