The HR12 model by Quantum Devices provides a superior feedback solution, ideal for applications that traditionally use modular encoders.
The HR12 excels with its high line count resolution, sturdy bearing construction, and broad radial and axial shaft play tolerance. It features commutation for brushless motor control, a strain-relieved cable, and quadrature output with an index pulse and three-phase commutation from industrial 26C31 differential drivers. It surpasses other modular encoder designs with its flexible member that allows for a greater tail shaft run out and TIR, and provides 30 degrees of rotation for commutation timing.
