These tool changer sets from SMARTSHIFT Robotics come in a varitey of combinations. This is the standard package for a mechanical tool changer where there is no need for electric EOAT. Air/vaccuum options are available. It consists of one robot master that connects to your cobot, two tool holders for each of your tools, and two tool pockets to switch between tools seemlessly. Additional accessories are available to add based on your needs. Please explore all your options below.
Configure Your Tool Changer:
1 x Robot Master
This is what is attached to your Universal Robot Cobot. It is suggested to have one for each cobot. This set comes with one, but the option to add more is available from the dropdowns above.

2 x Tool Holders
This is what is attached to your end-of-arm-tooling. It is suggested to have one for each EOAT used. This set comes with two but the option to add more is available from the dropdowns above..

2 x Tool Pockets
This is what attaches to your table/workstation and holds each of the EOAT you are utlizing. It is suggested to have one for each EOAT. This set comes with two but the option to add more is available from the dropdowns above.

Pneumatic Manifold
This connects to the end-of-arm-tooling to provide air/vaccuum functionality. You only need one for each tool that requires pneumatics.

Cobot Base
This connects to the bottom of the UR Cobot so you can switch it between tables/workstations. You only need one per cobot and only if you plan to move it around to different stations. It's available for the UR3e/UR5e/UR10e/UR16e.

Workstation Baseplate
This connects to the tables/workstations you want to switch your UR cobot between. You need one baseplate per table/workstation and only if you plan to move the cobot around the floor. It's available for the UR3e/UR5e/UR10e/UR16e.
