140 Series Belt Driven Linear Actuator

The Lintech 140 Series linear actuators are engineered for light-load applications requiring very high speeds. These actuators utilize a low-friction, preloaded recirculating linear ball bearing system traveling on a single precision-ground square rail. The rail is securely mounted on a precision-machined aluminum base, ensuring rigid support across the full motion range. The load is supported by a precision-machined aluminum carriage with threaded stainless steel inserts for superior strength and wear resistance. The drive system employs dual pulleys and a steel-reinforced polyurethane belt, providing 3.543 inches (90 mm) of linear travel per revolution of the input shaft. A user-friendly belt tensioning system allows for quick and simple adjustments. Compatible with NEMA 23 and 34 motor mounts, gearhead mounts, and planetary gearheads, the 140 Series offers versatile integration options.

Coupling Options
LinTech offers three types of couplings for mounting motors to positioning tables. These couplings help compensate for misalignment between the motor shaft and screw shaft extension, ensuring smooth operation when properly used. To maintain performance, the motor’s output torque should not exceed the coupling's maximum capacity. Applications with high acceleration, large back-driving loads, high-torque output motors, or servo motors may require couplings with higher torque capacity.
