The Lintech 120 Series linear slides are optimized for light loads and very high-speed applications. They feature a low-friction, preloaded recirculating linear ball bearing system that travels on precision-ground square rails. The rails are securely mounted to a precision-machined aluminum base, ensuring rigid support throughout the entire range of motion. The load is carried on a precision-machined aluminum carriage with threaded stainless steel inserts for added durability and strength. The drive system includes dual pulleys and a steel-reinforced polyurethane belt, delivering 3.543 inches (90 mm) of linear movement per revolution of the input shaft. A simple belt tensioning system allows users to easily adjust tension. The slides are compatible with NEMA 23 and 34 motor mounts, gearhead mounts, and planetary gearheads for versatile integration.

Coupling Options

LinTech offers three types of couplings for mounting motors to positioning tables. These couplings help compensate for misalignment between the motor shaft and screw shaft extension, ensuring smooth operation when properly used. To maintain performance, the motor’s output torque should not exceed the coupling's maximum capacity. Applications with high acceleration, large back-driving loads, high-torque output motors, or servo motors may require couplings with higher torque capacity.
