• How does your Frequent Flyer Miles Program work?
  

  For every $1,000 USD (excluding shipping and taxes) you spend, you will earn 400 frequent flyer miles (on most models) that can be redeemed into your choice of 8 participating airline programs: Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan®, American Airlines AAdvantage®, Delta Airlines SkyMiles®, Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns®, Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles®, Midwest Airlines Midwest Miles®, Northwest Airlines WorldPerks®, and US Airways Dividend Miles®.

• What products earn less Frequent Flyer Miles?
  

  For every $1,000 USD (excluding shipping and taxes) you spend on Servo2Go.com, you will earn 400 frequent flyer miles for every product purchased, EXCEPT Exor EffectiView models and all Rabbit Semiconductor products which only earn 200 frequent flyer miles for every $1,000 USD (excluding shipping and taxes) spent.

• How do I get my air miles?
  

  Frequent Flyer Mile Rewards are sent within one week of purchase by Gift Certificate e-mail.    To convert the Gift Certificates into airline loyalty points, you'll need to be a member of one of the following 8 participating airline programs: Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan®, American Airlines AAdvantage®, Delta Airlines SkyMiles®, Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns®, Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles®, Midwest Airlines Midwest Miles®, Northwest Airlines WorldPerks®, or US Airways Dividend Miles®.
  
  Once you receive your Gift Certificate e-mail go to http://www.airincentives.com/redeem/ then:

  1. Enter your award code in the box provided
  2. Select the Airline Program you would like to deposit your miles into.
  3. Enter membership details ( First/Last name, membership #, email address)
  4. You are done! A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided
• Who get the air miles when my company orders product?
  

  Frequent Flyer Mile Rewards are awarded to the Buyer who placed the online order.  If you need to change the recipient of the air mile rewards you can either have the Buyer who placed the online order forward you the Gift Certificate Reward e-mail we sent within one week of purchase, OR e-mail us at sales@servo2go.com with your request.
  
  Note:  Servo2Go.com will not referee disputes related to frequent flyer award ownership.
