ElectroCraft Brushless Servo Motors
The ElectroCraft RapidPower™, EXC, and E-Series are fast, low vibration BLDC motors. By utilizing M-8 ceramic and rare-earth neodymium magnets, our BLDC motors provide the quick acceleration and consistent speed (up to 15,000 rpm) needed for applications such as centrifuges, fans and pumps. Sealed ball bearings and reduced torque ripple from skewed magetization also ensure a smooth operation at any speed.
MDM Series Brushless Servo Motors
Torque Systems new high energy servomotor brings the highest available torque density in a platform that is easily customized to fit your application. The excellent winding density of a proprietary segmented lamination technology combined with a neodymium magnet array provides for maximum power output. Available in Nema 23, 34 & 42 frame sizes, these motors provide continuous torque to 124 lb-in (14.1 Nm) and speeds up to 7600 RPM. A large variety of options are available, including: multiple windings, multiple encoder resolutions, and sealing to IP65/67.
M Series Brushless Servo Motors
Applied Motion Products' high performance brushless AC servo motors are available in NEMA and metric output flanges, with up to 750 W continuous output power and 21 in-lb continuous torque. Standard configurations include high-resolution, incremental encoder feedback and optional fail-safe brake. Motor bodies (excluding connectors and front shaft) rated IP65. Customizations and other feedback devices available for OEM solutions.
I & ID Series Brush & Brushless Servo Motors
The I Series brushless motors from Pittman (div. Ametek) have been designed to provide a family of brush & brushless motors in 4 different NEMA style frame sizes: 17, 23, 34 and 56, each in multiple lengths. They provide continuous stall torque from 0.11 to 6.57 Nm (1.00 - 58 lb-in) and peak torque from 0.34 to 19.5 Nm (3.01 - 173 lb-in). I & ID Series motors offer the best balance of performance and cost-effectiveness.
AB Series Servo Motors
The AB Series from Pittman (div. Ametek) are heavy duty industrial brushless motors that have been designed to provide a family of brushless motors in 3 different NEMA style frame sizes: 23, 34 and 56, each in multiple lengths. They provide continuous stall torque from 0.42 to 12.88 Nm (3.75 - 114 lb-in) and peak torque from 1.28 to 38.3 Nm (11.3 - 339 lb-in).
